No patient data, by design
A regimen workspace in ExciIQ is identified by a memorable session code, a gender, and a derived age. That is the complete list. There are no patient names, no dates of birth, no addresses, no record numbers — not hidden, not encrypted, not minimized: absent. What was never collected can never be breached.
Passwordless sign-in
No passwords to reuse, phish, or leak. Signing in to ExciIQ is passwordless by design.
Provenance on every record
Every record in ExciIQ tells you where it came from and its review status. When your judgment is the last line of defense, “trust us” isn’t a data policy — a visible source trail is.
Disagreements shown, not hidden
A drug’s coded ingredient list and its written label text don’t always agree — and most tools quietly pick one. ExciIQ shows you the difference side by side, in plain language, so the discrepancy informs your decision instead of undermining it. “Not yet reviewed” is never dressed up as “reviewed, nothing found,” and “uncertain” is never presented as “safe.”
Even the alerts are honest
Even our alerts are marigold, not red — designed to inform your judgment, never to alarm it. Red is reserved for genuine errors, because a tool that cries wolf trains you to stop listening.
Legibility is a safety feature
ExciIQ is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible — a typeface designed so characters can’t be mistaken for one another. When the difference between two codes is one character, the font is part of the safety story.
